The Moody Amphitheater Box Office will only be open on ticketed event days and will not participate in public on sales. For most event days, the Box Office will open at 5pm and remain open until the main act goes on stage.
The venue is located at 1401 N Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. To locate the Box Office, follow the sidewalk heading south from the intersection on 15th & Red River St. The Box Office is located near the main entrance gate.
Tickets are available for purchase at Ticketmaster.com.
The Moody Amphitheater Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket vendors for concert events at Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid or may contain incorrect seating information. Moody Amphitheater is not able to guarantee the ability to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you may run the risk of purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The only authorized ticket resale service for Moody Amphitheater event tickets is Ticketmaster’s Verified Tickets program. This is an online service that enables fan-to-fan resale transactions. More information can be found on Ticketmaster's Verified Tickets webpage.
Mobile Ticketing
Your phone is your ticket! Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park utilizes mobile ticketing for all purchases made on Ticketmaster or at the Box Office. Make sure to add tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the entrance gate. If you'd like to transfer your tickets to another person, please utilize Ticketmaster's transfer feature.
Will Call
If you were added to the guest list by artist management or a media outlet, your tickets/passes will be left for you at the Box Office. We do not receive these tickets until late in the afternoon the day of the event, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not at Will Call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The Box Office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park has accessible seating options at a variety of different price levels. Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas. Please note: The number and types of accessible tickets vary by event. For assistance with a previously placed order, please contact Fan Support.
Unexpected Needs - If you have an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through Ticketmaster.com to exchange all tickets for accessible tickets. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate you. Guests that purchase an accessible seat are allowed to purchase up to three additional contiguous seats for their companions.
