The venue is located at 1401 N Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. To locate the Box Office, follow the sidewalk heading south from the intersection on 15th & Red River St. The Box Office is located near the main entrance gate.
The Box Office is open any day there is an event at the venue. For most event days, the Box Office will open at 5pm and remain open until the main act goes on stage. Tickets can be purchased for any Moody Amphitheater event during hours of operation.

Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park does not offer Will Call as a ticket delivery option. All ticket purchases are sent digitally via Ticketmaster. If you'd like to transfer your tickets to another person, please utilize Ticketmaster's transfer feature.
If you were added to the guest list by artist management or a media outlet, your tickets/passes will be left for you at the box office. We do not receive these tickets until late in the afternoon the day of the event, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not at Will Call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The Box Office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
Moody Amphitheater has accessible seating options at a variety of different price levels. If you are in need of Accessible seating, please contact boxoffice@waterloogreenway.org.
Unexpected Needs - If you have an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through Ticketmaster.com to exchange all tickets for accessible tickets. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate you. Guests that purchase an accessible seat are allowed to purchase up to three additional contiguous seats for their companions.
