Having a license fee non inclusive of tickets keeps the annual price lower and gives YOU the flexibility to choose which concerts you would like to attend. The tickets are lower than the standard GA ticket for each concert and you will be excluded from any processing fees as a typical concert goer would pay. You will have a window from the presale date of a show leading up to the show date that will give you a first right of refusal for access to your seats.

Moody Amphitheater is a part of Waterloo Greenway - an organization created through partnership between the City of Austin to create a public 1.5-mile park system throughout the city. Your membership with Moody Amphitheater directly impacts the growth and development of Austin park resources through Waterloo Greenway. That is why the donation portion of your membership is 100% tax deductible.

Ticketmaster has a feature that allows you to transfer your tickets to whomever you would like to utilize your seats. As long as they have the ticket downloaded and ready to present at check-in, they will be able to use your seats.

The C3 Presents series begin in March and last through October, with an occasional November show. The amount of shows ranges from 30-35.

If you choose to opt out for a show, and not purchase tickets - the seats will be available for purchase from the general public. If you license a box and opt in for naming rights, your box will still be labeled as such - even if you are not using your box at that event.

Moody Amphitheater has a dedicated team member who will send out reminders for ticket sale windows, pre-show “Know Before You Go”s that detail parking instructions/door times/entrance locations, information on included Waterloo Greenway Happy Hour events, post show surveys and be a resource for any and all questions or concerns you may have.
