Do Level Up tickets include entry to the concert?



No, Level Up tickets do not include concert admission. They are add-ons created to take your concert experience at a Moody Amphitheater show to the next level.

What do Level Up tickets include?



There are several different Level Up experiences to choose from. From premium parking locations to access to a private lounge with indoor restrooms and a bar, there’s a Level Up experience for everyone!

There are three ways to Level Up:

How do I purchase a Level Up ticket?



Level Up tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.com. Please note: Level Up passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold.

How do I redeem my Level Up ticket?



If you purchase an Ultimate Access Pass or Expedited Entry add-on, your designated venue entrance is on the Rooftop Terrace at 1401 Trinity St. Please have both your Level Up and concert admission tickets ready upon arrival, and a Guest Services team member will check you into the event.

If you purchase an Ultimate Access Pass that includes parking, you will receive an email the week of the event with the parking location. You will simply need to arrive at the designated parking garage entrance where a garage attendant will check you in by first and last name of the purchaser.

Can I refund or exchange my Level Up ticket?



Level Up tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
